- Those who do not have access to the internet may receive printed newsletters to keep them up-to-date on neighborhood news
The Union Park Neighborhood boundaries are Hull Avenue on the North, the railroad tracks on the East, Washington Avenue on the South and the Des Moines River and 2nd Street on the West.
The UPNA is a volunteer neighborhood association. No one receives any payment or salary. Without the generous membership support of community volunteers, our mission and community activities would not be possible. Funding for projects and activities is made possible from our contributing memberships, grants and special projects, such as the sale of community calendars and other merchandise.
We are pleased to report that our membership dues are the least expensive of ANY other neighborhood association in the Des Moines!
